If you cannot attend the admission process in person, we recommend admission by proxy – those who admit a student on their behalf must bring, in addition to the documents listed, a completed and signed proxy form (editable proxy form available at the link). Notarization of such proxies is not required! The list of documents required for admission is specified at the link.

✔️ Yes, it is possible. Admission to another master's program or to another university is only possible based on entrance exams. You need to submit an application on time and successfully pass the admission process.
